The Golden Hour Paintings form a special chapter within my series Beneath the Summer Sky. They are inspired by that unique moment of day when the sun bathes the sky in warm gold, deep orange, and delicate pink hues—just before it disappears. It is the hour when the light seems more intense, time appears to slow down, and warmth and tranquility mingle in the air.

For me, the two works belong together, but they can also be purchased individually:

• Sunlit Bloom (40 × 50 cm) shows the blossoming of light – neon orange, yellow, pink and red unfold like a flower opening to the sun.

• Orange Reflection (40 × 50 cm) is the afterglow – the flat tranquility and the gentle reflection of the Golden Hour.

Together they tell a story of energy and stillness, of new beginnings and reflection. As a duo (approximately 90 × 50 cm together, 94 × 54 cm with frame), they appear as two perspectives of the same moment, captured in color.
