The series "The Art of Pausing" arose from an exploration of the theme of pausing. Being present and mindful are particularly valuable states that needed to be investigated. What does it feel like not to be swept away by external influences and to focus exclusively on the present moment? What truly helps to maintain inward focus? I wanted to capture moments of silence, of pausing, and of curious exploration.
The series will be presented as a permanent exhibition at the Düsseldorf Finance Court until September 30th.
